Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order asap upon receiving. Please contact us immediately at info@onlyhotsauce.com if your order is delievered damaged or misssing so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve all issues and file any damage claims with our freight company to arrange for damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) for any reason within 30 days, we will gladly accept returns of product(s) and will issue credit for product(s) returned in unopened condition, less any shipping expenses.
