This special shipping offer is UPS Ground service and must be shipped to a destination within the continental Unites States. Orders that may reach $100, but are sent outside the continental U.S. or those that are shipped by a service other than UPS Ground will not qualify for this offer.
Shipping Information
Our standard means of shipping is UPS Ground, but other services may be specified at checkout. For rush orders, we recommend one of the UPS expedited options. Product prices as shown do not include shipping and handling charges, which will be calculated according to your order’s total weight. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes and APO addresses, so be sure to provide a valid UPS delivery address. Also note whether the shipping address is business or residential address to ensure a delivery without delay. When you are ready to checkout, enter the zip code for your products’ destination, and your total shipping charges will be calculated before you confirm your order.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, but shipment may be delayed due to lack of availability of merchandise or a problem with credit verification. If we find a problem or delay with your order, we will contact you immediately via email. We’ve posted a UPS Ground map so that you can determine the length of time it will take for your order to arrive once upon shipping.
* When your shipment is delivered, be sure to check your order right away. If there is any damage to your product(s), leave the package intact, and notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt of the package so we can make proper arrangements for replacement.
Weekend and Holiday Orders - Please Read Carefully!
* Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. Holiday hours will depend on which day of the week the holiday is observed. We will post any upcoming special holiday hours on our home page, or you may email Customer Service for this information.
Orders Outside of the Continental United States - Please Read Carefully!
* For shipments to destinations outside the continental U.S., please contact us by phone before placing your order so that we can agree on the shipping option that will be best for you. OnlyHotSauce is happy to ship orders internationally or to APO addresses through the United States Postal Service; we offer both Express Mail and Priority Mail services. Any applicable duties or fees for international orders will be calculated separately by the carrier and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For orders shipped via USPS: all claims for late delivery, damage, and/or loss must be filed by the recipient of the package. OnlyHotSauce is in no way responsible for any package once it leaves our distribution center.
